Virgin Media made mess of things their end and didn't end up putting the number transfer order through (despite confirming the date!). Therefore the phone line didn't get switched over today as planned. Its been re-scheduled for Tuesday the 11th June at noon so business as usual until then. The date for the phone switchover will be the 30th May. Therefore any booked phone interviews upto that date should be fine to go ahead as planned. I intend to try to get everything sorted our end on the evening of the 30th if all goes to plan but will provide updates around the time. [...]
You may or may not be aware but we are in the process of changing our phone supplier. The new line has now been installed but we haven't officially switched over yet. At some point (probably) during next week (I've been told about 7 days), the supplier will 'flick the switch' and our current line [...]
