Mix Mornings with Iain Pritchard

Friday 8th March is International Women’s Day and one of the ways that’s being marked in St Albans is with a special exhibition at the Museum and Art Gallery in the centre of the City. Women doing everything, everywhere, all at once… features archaeological artefacts, photographs, diaries, soundscapes, and life-size figures of the women who who excavated St Albans in the 1930s and their contributions to archaeology – as well as highlighting the stories of four women with famous links to Roman Verulamium. Iain Pritchard talked to Lexi Diggins about the Women Doing Everything All At Once exhibition which runs from International Women’s Day until 4th July.
