Courtesy of the local Talking Newspaper, Peter Burley offers his preview of events &  entertainment from mid-August to mid-September - ranging from concerts at the St Albans Organ Theatre to jazz at the Maltings, a Bee Gees tribute band at the Arena to a tribute to The Carpenters at the Harpenden Halls , guided walks and talks and a host of outdoor events including the Vegan Fair, the Meraki Festival, Pubs in the Park and the Harpenden Street Food Social.  And August is traditionally a quiet month!
