St Albans City Football Club finished agonisingly short of a Play Off position. Today, we welcome back their Manager Ian Allison who speaks candidly about their roller coaster campaign. Plus we chat to 'Sammy the Saint' and Community Manager for St Albans FC; Phil Coates, he's gearing up for some massive fund raising endeavors.

Saracens are still in contention for another domestic and European double. Only one week away from a trip to Newcastle to collide with defending champions Leinster in the European Rugby Championship they will be keen to go into this in strong form. But they face a tough away clash against table topping Exeter today. The 'voice of Saracens'  Sarah Hawkins gives us the full time appraisal.

Play Off dreams still hold for fans of Saracens Mavericks, they have to win today and hope results go in their favour.  Head Coach and Director of Netball Kat Ratnapala is with us to discuss the focus on controlling only the process here.

A huge Cup Final for Saracens next weekend and the following Saturday Watford return to Wembley for the first time in 35 years bidding for FA cup glory against Manchester City.
