It is of course yet another exciting Premier League weekend as we enter into the ever dramatic festive feast of footie. As always Verulam Sport has a treat with Richard Walker Head of Communications for Watford FC providing the inside news as the Hornets look to build on a creditable performance against table topping Liverpool last week. It doesn't get any easier for Nigel Pearson's men as Man Utd come to Vicarage Road on Sunday. Richard is live from 3.05pm so tweet your views and questions to @verulamsport.

Saints remain bottom of the Vanarama National League South but after bouncing back from a goal down three times to earn a 3-3 draw against Oxford City on Tuesday they have now claimed three straight draws. We will keep you up to date with their action as they travel to 4th placed Weymouth FC. Plus, another chance to hear the festive catch up interview with Manager Ian Allinson.

Local Rugby is covered and NFL chat with Hertfordshire Cheetah's Ben Weeks, we report on Saracens Gallagher Premiership clash against high flying Bristol and highlight an amazing sporting programme that is helping to battle the ever increasing levels of knife crime in our area,

All this and so much more Verulam Sport Saturday 3pm-6pm with Tony Rice and Jason McKenna.
