Rugby World Cup Winner Returns to Verulam Sport

FIRST BROADCAST : February 1, 2020 3:00 pm

Another action packed Verulam Sport Saturday 3pm-6pm

Its the return of the Premier League this week and after an agonising late loss to fellow Premiership strugglers Aston Villa in their last league outing the Hornets will be eager to get back to winning ways today. Its something of a grudge match with rivals Everton coming to Vicarage Road. Watfords Head of Communications Richard Walker will provide all the news and build up for this crunch clash.

After losing away to Hampton and Richmond Borough last week Saints will be hoping for better in front of their home faithful at Clarence Park today. They welcome the on form Welling Utd who are looking for a third straight win. Saints won the reverse fixture in October and a victory today would see them leap frog their opponents in the league.  Stay tuned for reports from Graham Griffin who will also be delivering the full time thoughts from Manager Ian Allinson.

Ahead of the start of the 6 Nations we bring you an interview with a member of the 2003 England World Cup winning team Phil Vickery to preview Rugby's oldest tournament. We catch up with Saracens Mavericks Head Coach and Director of Netball Kat Ratnapala who will be discussing England's Netball efforts in the recent Vitality Series and building towards the return of the Vitality Super League on February 22nd.

Plus we build up to Sunday's Super Bowl and tell you about the best place to watch this, Ben Weeks from the Hertfordshire Cheetahs explains more.

All this and so much more Verulam Sport Saturday 3pm-6pm with Dave Adcock and Jason McKenna.
