After two straight defeats including a comprehensive 4-1 loss away at Torquay Utd in the week; they travel to Gloucester City who themselves are seeking a first win in 6. Describing all the action is the 'The Voice of The Saints' Ian Rogers.

In local Rugby the Old Albanians return to action this week. Seeking a third consecutive win they travel to Bristol to face Clifton in National Two. Nick Hallett provides regular updates and we will also hear how Verulamians got in in their away trip to Cheshunt.

Meanwhile; we have Saracens covered through Sarah Hawkins who will be hoping, 'The Men in Black' remain unbeaten as they welcome Sale Sharks to Allianz Park.

Plus we hear about the role Hertfordshire's first ever 'Daily Mile Co-Ordinator' is playing to get youngsters active; we chat NFL with Hertfordshire Cheetah's Conor Wilson and will catch up with all the news and action with Watford FC's Head of Communication Richard Walker.
