On this weeks show our very special guest will be Carmen of Carmen`s Caribbean Kitchen , St Albans premier Caribbean caterer , she provides us with delicious tastes and aromas from her street stall 0n market days  and she has the ability to cater for Caribbean functions for up to 500 people .She will be offering her unique insight into the local Afro Caribbean community and her love for music and food.
