Another action packed Verulam Sport Saturday 3pm-6pm
It's another pulsating Premier League weekend and after suffering another agonising defeat last week; Watford face a crunch game today. The Hornets travel to Brighton and a win would see them draw level on points with them. With games against Man Utd and Liverpool coming up it really is an important one today. With the game kicking off at 17.30hrs Watfords Head of Communications Richard Walker joins us live from 3.10pm so tweet your questions/thoughts to us @verulamsport.
The Saints are also in a relegation dog fight, after two straight defeats they start today in 20th, just 1 place and 1 point above the relegation zone in the Vanarama National League South. It's the battle of the Roman cities today as they travel to Bath. Bath won the reverse fixture in October and have an impressive record over St Albans City FC having won 9 of the last 12 clashes between the two sides. Stay tuned all afternoon for reports from Steve Willis.
We catch up with Saracens Mavericks Head Coach and Director of Netball Kat Ratnapala who will be reminding us about last weeks big new kit reveal and building up for the return of the Vitality Super League on February 22nd.
Plus we cover local Rugby and catch up with Nick Light who tells us about Fighting Fit Football a great project for those with early onset Parkinsons' disease to keep fit and active via football. He will be taking a St Albans based team to the Cure Parkinsons' Cup in April, competing against 19 other teams from across the nation, Europe and even America.
