Another action packed Verulam Sport Saturday 3pm-6pm

No Premier League this week as its FA Cup 4th round time. Watford couldn't capture the magic of last season as they crashed out of the tournament this week to Tranmere Rovers, a team 47 league places below them. It has been a tough week for Nigel Pearsons' men with this defeat following an agonising late loss to fellow Premiership strugglers Aston Villa meaning they slip back into the relegation zone. Head of Communications for the Hornets Richard Walker will discuss this and build up to their next crunch clash against Everton on Feb 1st. He's live from 3.10pm so get your questions and thoughts in to us tweet @verulamsport.

Saints claimed a crucial win last week and with 14 points from their last 10 games they are creeping up the league. They are away today against Hampton and Richmond Borough who boast an impressive record over the Saints.  Stay tuned for reports from Graham Griffin who will also be delivering the full time thoughts from Manager Ian Allinson.

We catch up with Saracens Mavericks Head Coach and Director of Netball Kat Ratnapala who will be discussing England's Netball fortunes in the ongoing Vitality Series and building towards the return of the Vitality Super League in February. There's local Rugby covered in both forms of the game and also on the show we learn about a new Regional Physical and Activity Hub launching in partnership with the charity Mind in our area.

All this and so much more Verulam Sport Saturday 3pm-6pm with Tony Rice and Jason McKenna.
