The second hour of this week's Country and Roots is on the theme of train songs, a popular subject in country music and an appropriate choice for a commuter town such as St. Albans. The first hour includes classic tracks from Tammy  Wynette, Patsy Cline, Emmylou Harris, Ryan Adams, Kenny Rogers, The Stray Birds and The Statler Brothers. There is also a wide range of new music from David Rawlings, Whitehorse, Prinz Grizzley (from Austria) and Steve Martin (the comedian and actor who is also a banjo player).
