In this programme Clive & Klaudia look at new research on sleep which categorises people into Wolves, Bears, Lions or Dolphins depending on their sleep patterns. It also suggests the best times for people in each category to work, exercise and eat. We think it offers some useful insights but have problems working out what categories we fit into ourselves. In the end it seems that Clive is a Bear but that Klaudia fits into all of them depending on the day and the mood she is in!
