Verulam Sport are delighted to welcome back Neil Margereson and Isaac Kenyon from Mind in Mid Herts. The team here do tremendous and untiring work to support us with our mental health needs. These needs have become more acutely felt during the pandemic. Isaac and Neil remind us that there is still time to get involved with their Spring Into Health Challenge in which either individually or in a group we are being encouraged to experience the perimerter of Hertfordshire. Even a baby step here can be beneficial and of course if you can support in raising money and awareness for this wonderful cause then you are a champion.
