In this episode, Kathy talks about the impact that spooky music might have on mental health. When we say spooky, we mean all types of death metal, dark music – perhaps music that mummy and daddy would not approve of, but that young people say is beneficial to coping with life’s stresses and strains. Kathy is joined by Dave Neal of Radio Verulam (a music lover and musician) and by Vlod, a young man who claims death metal helped him coped with troubled times .
