First we spoke to Dr Frances Warren on the concept of Growth Mindset. She tell us how important the way we praise is and how mistakes are not a bad thing.
In the second part of the show we speak to Tes McPherson the founder of PTA social – a wonderful fundraising app for schools to use. The app is free and can even be a source of revenue in itself.
