Verulam Sports were delighted to catch up with Alex Varran; Sports Project Officer for Herts Sports Partnership. It was inspiring to hear how the Daily mile challenge which encourages our youngsters to walk for 1 mile has grown. Originating from one school in Scotland to now a global event. Here in Hertfordshire we are close to 30,000 young people looking forward to the National Daily Mile Challenge on Friday 30th April. For more information visit www.sportinherts.org.uk
