Hi All,

Last one from me for the year (unless I think of something next week) and just to say a big thank you for all our volunteers and everything you do for Radio Verulam.  We couldn’t do what we do without you - from presenting, to engineering, to sorting out interviews, managing the finances, quiz masters, fundraisers, and everything else to make Radio Verulam the amazing station to the community that it is!

A special big thanks goes to Dereck  Staines who has filled Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year’s Day with brilliant content of number 1 hits through the years!  It will have taken a huge amount of work and I’m sure our listeners will enjoy his shows!

We will have some new presenters starting training in the new year - so hopefully that will take some pressure away and spread the load more evenly.

I hope you all have a lovely christmas - no matter what you do, or who you are with.  Hopefully we will break the back of the pandemic in 2021 and life can get back to as normal as possible - but in the meantime stay safe and enjoy the festivities!
