Reporting issues

It is really important to report issues you are having with any of our equipment, software, computers or the website.

It is hard for the engineering team to follow messages on multiple things like WhatsApp, email and Facebook and it is really helpful after the event t=for us to have a record of the issues so we can spot patterns and deal with them.

Please use the form under the Help menu in RV:INSIDE to report faults.  For urgent matters, we try to respond within three hours.
