Purpose

This explains how to change your password so that you can access the intranet elements of radioverulam.com (RV:INSIDE)

How to

1. Click LOGIN at radioverulam.com (in the main site menu)
2. Click the "forgot password" on the following screen
   
3. Enter your username or registered email address (this will be the same as your username on the old RV:INSIDE)
4. Wait for an email to your registered email address which contains a link (if this has not been received within one hour, check your spam and promotions folders)
5. Click on the link in the email
6. Choose your new password (you can overwrite the suggested one, but do try to make the password hard to guess as this secures your infomation and that of others)
7. Go back to radioverulam.com and click on the "login" menu item
8. Log in with your username and the NEW password you have chosen
9. You will also receive a password changed email
