Hello all. Sorry for another 'moany' message but it is important. I've noticed that, again, we have had a few cases of guests/ organisations appearing on either multiple programmes in a short space of time, or appearing on the same programme multiple times within a few months.
This really isn't on. If being on the radio is so important to them, then they should contact our sales manager.
Charities tend to get themselves on multiple times, and while the cause is usually excellent, I think we sometimes hear the word 'charity' and become too quick to say 'yes'.
Constantly giving free publicity undermines us financially; equally it becomes tiresome for a regular listener to hear the same people over and again.
