The Flamstead Scarecrow Festival is an annual event in the small village of Flamstead. Each year a theme is chosen and local residents create scenes with life sized scarecrows in their gardens, shops etc around the village. It attracts thousands of visitors over the three days (man from overseas) and raises £thousands for local charities. We have been invited as in previous years to send reporters to cover the event and talk to participants (not the scarecrows!) and visitors. We will include some reports on air and make a Podcast of interviews.
