A thrilling line-up at the springtime show! UTTER! LUTONIA thunders on (those rumblings under your feet are real!) in our new (old) home in the basement of the HatFactory. We may have gone over the edge but the threads still hold us together - threads of fellowship, kindness, understanding, communication and joy run through all of our acts this time:

JANINE BOOTH
Motormouth Janine Booth gets back on her poetic feet and offers hope and passion for a new era of Tory Britain. Expect poems funny and serious, political and personal, ranting, rhyming and revolting.

BEKKI MAY
Longtime Luton resident, erstwhile singer of the Adenoids and fresh out of a midlife crisis.

JUSTIN JOHN DOHERTY
20% of The Great Brain Robbery “hot off the 2011 Fringe!” - Bear Club Maestro brings his live-game!

OZZLEBOX
OzzleBox was established in 2016. A provider of dynamic beatbox games, interactive workshops and dazzling live performances. Lively, exciting and not like much else you might have seen at a poetry night before.

TYCHIQUE CIAMALA
The hybrid poet....made up of skills of storytellers, music, rhythm and an insane imagination

This UTTER! will also feature the LAUNCH OF THE “GRAPHIC NOVEL FOR LUTON” - this is a collaborative project, based on real-life true experiences of people who live in Luton. Artist Nicole Mollett has been working together with 14 Luton writers to make a collection of hand drawn stories about Luton. The project engages
communities, celebrates diversity, and encourages intercultural connections. The stories have been transformed into a Graphic Novel collection of short stories that brings the truth of Luton to life. There will be copies of the book on sale and a chance to meet and mingle with some of the writers.
